What I liked
Just to report I visited your minor injuries unit last Friday, 24th September at 1530. Your front line reception, duty doctor and X-ray staff were all superb. I was worried that I had broken a bone in my foot (after a sporting injury), but i was checked in, examined, then x-rayed and discharged, all in around 1 hour - thanks to your caring, professional staff. I was, happily, given the all clear, but i do recognise great service when i see it, so thank you again to your staff. At a time when the NHS service seems to get regularly 'bashed' by media and politicians, i thought I'd report my own very positive experience!
