What I liked

I was an outpatient there for some tests and they saw me relatively promptly

What could be improved

I was having very invasive tests done and the dr who treated me was very unsympathetic despite the fact i was quite clearly extremely distressed about it all. the nurses however were great and very conforting

Anything else?

I ahve now been waiting a month for biopsy results. I find this ridiculous. I ahve made an attept every day for 2 weeks to get through to the relevant clinic, have left several answer phone messages but never been called back. Have gotten through once, to be told my results would be with me by the end of the week, 10 days later they ahve still not arrived.
