What I liked

The dentist and dental nurse that treated me yesterday where absolutely second to none. I was booked in for an extraction under IV sedation and was very nervous. They were both considerate and patient with me and although I was very distressed they made it easier for me by their manner. I can honestly say that I did not know a thing! I came round unable to believe it was all over! Now, less than 24 hours on I have very little pain where the tooth was extracted and I am feeling well.

Many, many thanks to both the dentist and dental nurse. You were fantastic!

People have commented on the waiting area being run down. I have to say that, yes, it isn't like the modern waiting rooms in many dental practices, but the treatment is so good that I'd rather the money was spent to keep this up, than have new paint on the walls and new chairs! It was all very clean and well kept, which is all that matters.
