"Ridiculous"

About: Heron GP Practice (Merlyn Vaz Branch)

I've had the worst experience ever, waited for ages, 10 people who came after me into the practice were seen before me. I was so appalled and still was asked to wait and in the end of waiting still only got seen by a nurse practitioner who didn't even check me properly n said I was ok , real bad service, what is the point of a walk in service if not treated fairly and I wasted a whole two hours with my baby n husband and to not to b cheacked properly. Very disappointed will not even bother going there again
