Having moved from another practice feeling I had become a number instead of a person - the move has had a positive effect on my ability to live life - work and still access needed services.
The help reception staff have gone above and beyond to be helpful and the doctors I've seen offered options/advice I had not been offered before.
Even on the one time I could not be seen an out of hours consult did the trick.
Before I had to actually miss work for the most routine reasons but with the hours and scheduling offered - I have not had to do this once.
Very pleased.
