"Absolutely disgusting!"

Every single month i am having arguments with reception due to them not giving my mother her prescription. She suffers with all sort of mental health problems and because of the lack of help from the doctors surgery it’s very much deteriorating! They are trying to cut her down on her meds that she has been on for 20 years yet can’t understand that I don’t think this is the time considering she has just lost bothe her parents on the space of a month and is by far ready for change. She is waiting for help by metal health workers etc but all this has now led her to being sectioned. The doctors surgery are one of the worst I have ever came across. I will be certainly changing my mums gp surgery.
