One of the worst doctors I have ever come across in my life. Next to no permanent healthcare professionals (doctors) in their team meaning they frequently cancelled appointments, couldn't do prescriptions and it would take them 3 weeks to do a sick notes that lasted a week, meaning I would then have to request another and wait another month. Staff were exasperated by annoyed patients and I felt I was treading on eggshells sometimes bringing up issues or trying to resolve whatever blood test or prescription they had messed up again. Too many times was I told sick notes or medication were ready, only for me to arrive and them not to know what I was talking about and me have to re-order it and return another day. In the times I was seen by doctors they were too ready to throw strong painkillers at me rather than resolve issues. My new surgery has been shocked I was never offered scans for my damaged spine or alternatives to just taking tramadol. I once sat in front of a doctor and requested my next sick note for them to tell me 'you will have to ask at reception, I don't know how to do them' - again something I had to wait a further fortnight on! They also requested I have emergency bloods taken but printed the form completely wrong and so I was unable to use it at the hospital. Awful experience, added stress to what was already a bad time. I really do not recommend this place at all. You will be left feeling worse than when you went in!
