What could be improved
The way the staff communicate with realtives of patients who are unable to do so for themselves. The only comments we get are 'no change' 'normal' or alert.
Anything else?
Why do you have to get PALS involved to get simple feedback. Its a disgrace especially when dealing with the elderly.
