"Rude and not helpful"

Just few day ago I have terrible experience with the receptionist, they were very rude and their attitude was like they don't care and it was about my small baby was very sick after. I told the receptionist, it is not nice the way they speak I ask to talk to somebody else and my problem was solved. This is inexcusable behaviour from person who should be helping (especially when other receptionist say is no problem) and they help me. Very upsetting and disappointed.
