"Ridiculous"

Can never hardly get an appointment after being on hold for 20mins, when you do manage to get an appointment your still waiting 20-30mins after the time your appointment was supposed to be.i suffered bad with hayfever went to get some stronger tablets to be told I have a "virus" but as soon as I Brought some stronger hay fever tablets my symptoms went.

My 3year old was referred for knock knee to the hospital over 1 year ago and when I ask for it to be chased up all the doctor can say is "it's busy, takes quite some time" yes that probably is the case but over a year now that's ridiculous. Also my child had a bad cough for months on end to just be told to give calpol and in on case some antibiotics but never worked took my daughter to have an urgent appointment somewhere else to be told she needed an Inhayler!! She's been fine since having that. In my personal opinion your just sitting there telling them your symptoms and there searching it on the internet (could do that myself). Definitely moving doctors.
