"Great practice"

I've been with this practice since the birth of my daughter last year, having moved from Oxfordshire. The doctors there are polite, professional and attentive - even when faced with an overreacting first time parent. Appointments are generally available within a good timescale, even if one of the doctors is on holiday, and requests for phone call consultations are processed and dealt with promptly. My only minor negative is that the surgery's telephony system doesn't have a queue function which means calling for a same day appointment can end in having to sit mashing the redial button for a while.
