"the telephone is on a loop"

I have had this problem before, I am in pain, I need urgent advice as to whether I should come of the tablets I am on, and if I do come of the tablets what do I do then the pain is possibly a stomach ulser, I use a mobile the money is used up very, which it did just now I have had to get across the shop to put more money on.

I know they put the phone on a loop but somebody should be on that phone permanent
