"Hate this surgery"

This surgery makes me angry we told to ring in morning at 8 o'clock its 10 mins past because waiting on the phones then appointment all gone the staff needs help with there skills they come across rude they ask wahts the problem then name and date of birth then they no appointment how silly can you be ,,DONT ASK THEN and they want me with my new born baby wait outside the surgery before eight in the morning to make a appointment IS THIS A JOKE and its not once ITS EVERY DAY
