Care is second to none. Very impressed, medical complaint taken seriously prompting immediate referral and aftercare from specialist. This issue had been raised and dismissed by previous doctor. I now feel listened to and fully involved in care decisions. It no longer feels like a battle to get help! My only issue would be that the surgery needs to give more pre bookable appointments. I sat in the waiting room with a number of patients and we all said we had tried to get in the day or so before without success so all had to do a call at 8am. This must surely create work for the surgery as well as stress for the patient (20 mins to get through)? My appointment was not an emergency but could not have been foreseen 2 weeks in advance.
Really great otherwise, much improved! New doctors are lovely.
