"new patient not to happy"

I am a new patient at this surgery and have only visited once, I took a copy of my previous medication so they could put it on repeat, when I got home I realised that one of the items was incorrect, I am disappointed they the surgery does not allow patients to see their patient record on line as others do. I tried to phone for results to a test but message said they were extremely busy. However, my main complaint is the state of the waiting room, it is filthy, I refused to sit down as the chairs are all dirty and stained with various detritus, including body fluids. There was no hand gel visible, and the booking in computer pad had a notice on it to say it was out of order. Reception wise staff were ok but were constantly talking about themselves. Not a good first impression.
