Last month I felt I needed to see a doctor. The receptionist was able to give me an appointment the same morning. I was seen by a doctor who listened to my concerns and acted promptly phoning LRI and arranging an appointment for a CT scan that afternoon. The care I received on Ward 16, particularly from a Nurse Practitioner was wonderful. A week later I had an appointment, this time with another doctor to review my situation. I felt that both doctors were sympathetic to my concerns - listening, and addressing any queries I had. To me they represent what the NHS is all about. My thanks to all the staff at Heatherbook Surgery - you gave me a first class service!

We are glad to hear that you had a positive experience with us recently.

We always intend to provide a service where our patients feel they are being cared for. We always strive to improve the service offered, not just by the doctors but by the Reception staff as well, and we will welcome any suggestions to make our service delivery even better.
