"Put at ease by lovely antenatal staff"

I was at the Royal Gwent Hospital antenatal clinic yesterday having an amniocentesis performed.

I have not been to the clinic for about 6 years an was impressed that it looked so much cleaner and tidier. As you may expect me and my partner were very nervous and apprehensive about the procedure and were soon put at ease by the lovely staff. They made a horrible experience less frightening, i was given loads of advice and took their time over everything and didn't feel like i was been whipped in and out.

Can't praise the staff enough, thank you.
