"Not answering phone"

My daughter had water infection on Thursday we had to wait for the prescription till 5.30 because it was a nurse that seen her . We rang at 5 to see if it was ready but no one answered phone we were ringing for half hour . We went to doctors the prescription was not ready and the receptionist was very rude . On Monday she still was not well so we rang and nobody answered again we went in and ask for practice manager to phone but they never they also said a doctor would ring after surgery but they never Tuesday she was covered in a rash from head to toe we rang again they said she would after come in at 3 for a sit and wait appointment . I could not wait any longer took her hospital and she was having allergic reaction they said she was lucky her throat did not close up her eyes were swollen my little girl is only 3 and very lucky
