comunication lacking in its entirity and help would not have gone amiss for a simple thing to be done .

after waiting an hour and 30 mins for a glucose blood test with 21 people in front of me ,my wife went into room for test to be told that you need to book it in advance ,my wife had fasted since 8pm the previous evening .why do you not tell people this before you go !! why is there not anything written on the wall to say that you need to book it , why is there not anything on the form to say you have to book it.why is there no telephones numbers on the form to book it ,why could she have not done it there and then as all it involves is a blood test and a drink ,or is it because it falls into the dinner hour ?? ,my wife is now going to be worrying about this whilst we are on holiday and will now not get the time off when she gets back . complained to the x ray staff but not really interested .
