Like this surgery, appointment possible make same day when calling all the time but unfortunately change my address and wasn't able stay with them anymore and left very dissatisfied...I have mental problems and making changes take me time to process and make move and before was able register to my new surgery they already discharge me from there and on the end I been left two weeks without medication even I went there and ask just for prescription I been told "No" 😥 they should know I wasn't registered anywhere cos any other practice ask for my file and even that they discharge me leaving me without access to doc and meds.... Otherwise very good practice

Dear Patient

I was sorry to read your comments about your experience of changing practice because you are no longer in our catchment area.

Our usual process is to give patients a months notice that they need to register elsewhere before they are removed from our list as this will normally give patients enough time to choose a new practice and get registered there.

If there are extenuating circumstances which mean that a month is not long enough we will consider individual requests to extend that for a set period of time to allow the patient to complete their registration elsewhere.

After having a good experience with our practice previously I am sorry that you have been left dissatisfied but hope that you are now settled with your new practice.
