Ringing in first thing was rediculous. The receptionists are rude, every time I did ring in I was asked for what reason I needed a doctor. I rang up for my childs chest infection and I was asked and advised by the receptionist if I had even given him Calpol. I had to go through all symptoms before i could get him an appointment. With my ear infection i couldnt get an appointment, my ears were bleeding but i was offered a ring back by doctor if the doctor is free and even then I had to collect my prescription at the latest of open hours. I don't think they want to help patients.
