"Great Doctor"

A Doctor served me. I was having nightmares, anxiety, constipation and low moods. I was very worried and hoping for a quick solution. The Doctor was really empathetic and made me feel relaxed about my situation, and gave me several suggestions for what I could do to make myself feel better, not only was the doctor thorough but also made sure I felt comfortable before I left. I've never felt so confident in the NHS or in a Doctor as this Doctor made me feel. The Doctor had a medical student who was very helpful and I think the medical student will become very successful in their career as the medical student was reassuring and helped with my diagnosis. I left feeling like a weight had been removed from my shoulders. I think other doctors should take a leaf out of this Doctor's book. I have seen the Doctor once before when I was coughing up blood and I was in my third year of university and even then they helped me relax and tried their best to fix my problem. These days when you go to the Doctors even if they don't know the answer it's nice to get empathy and to feel comforted. I could tell the Doctor and the student are both passionate about their job roles as they gave me their 100%, the best service I have ever received.
