I would like to say the surgery has a few exceptional staff members who gives great customer care. One receptionist is always polite and helpful Sometimes patients can be difficult and rude due to worries and stress, however I have noticed that this receptionist has good communication skills and listens to their needs.

Also all nurses who monitors BP, Diabetes etc does a fantastic job .The calm patient manner is a great help to patients and their families.
