The whole process from arriving to being allocated a bed took about 5 to 6 hours.
There were a lot of tests that needed doing, examination, bloods heart, blood pressure, two X-rays.
However, my mother in law was treated with dignity and respect throughout and my husband and I were made to feel useful and not in the way.
