What could be improved
I was disgusted with the treatement my son recieved having had a fall and bumping his head, before the doctor we saw even looked at my son he, starting lectureing me on going to the hospital rather than sittingbourne memorial (if i new it was open obviously we would have gone there) three times a apologised for not knowing that memorial was open later.
For the next ten minutes the doctor goes on in a rather abrupt tone about from five till nine in the evening it run privately and costs money there is only one doctor on site. Then when i apologised the third time he goes on to ask do you not read your local papers questioning me. By which time i had been sitting there with my son who was now very irritable, the doctor proceeds to look into my sons eyes, hands me a sheet of paper and full stop thats the end of my appointment.
I found the whole experience very undermining and very unsympathetic to my son as the doctor was far to busy telling me off and lecturing me like i was still at school.
Disgusted, and will never use again.
