What I liked
I would like to thank all the staff and Doctors who supported me during my recent visit to ward 78 at St Michaels for a hysterectomy. The care I received was second to none and was a true testament to Patient Centred Care.
Everyone was kind and supportive and I was informed of everything that was happening in relation to my treatment and treated with diginity and respect.
Theward was clean and tidy and staff regulalrly cleaned the beds and surrounding areas and always used the hand gel provided.
Having read some comments about the food I was nor expecting it to be good, howvever, I was pleasantly suprised! Whilst not exactly 5 star it was good, tasty and hot and sandwiches, yoghurts and fruit were always available as an alternative and were in the fridge for pateints to have at any time during the day.
All in all I cannot praise the staff and care I received highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend this ward to anyone.
Thanks you all so much.
