First of all I would love to say thank you to the London ambulance service for helping me. You are amazing.
Second although I waited in the hospital room for about 45 minuites before anyone came to see me to take bloods ext.
The nurse was amazing, second to none and gives me hope in our NHS.
The nurse helped me explained everything and made me feel so relaxed. They are a nurse also a diamond I hope your manager looks at this and you also.

And thank you for the charger as my battery had died and I had to contact my children to be collected from school you are amazing.
