While my friend was in ITU a staff nurse shouted at my friend, they told my friend to spit out sputum when they did they shouted at them; "how dare you spit at me " My friend had just come round from heavy sedation and was intubated, why did they have to speak in this way to a patient who was in ITU. We complained but the staff nurse got away with it like they do. I hope one day they will be a patient and a nurse does that to them, my friend wasn't treated very well in Blackpool they neglected my friend badly and today my friend has bad health because Blackpool hospital failed my friend badly they actually admitted it to my friends parents, then 2 weeks later told my friends parents that the conversation where they parents were told it was neglect had gone missing from their files my friends file, they lie, and their staff back them up thats why Blackpool is failing because of what they do to patients then hide the truth.
