"The friendliness of the nursing staff."

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

What I liked

The friendliness of the nursing staff.

What could be improved

Paying attention to what I had to say based on my physical symptoms which were very distressing.

Anything else?

I was very distressed when I attended Park Royal Hospital on 2 occasions within 24 hours with the same symptoms. On the second occasion I was advised that I could "Hang around" for a further 2 to 3 hours if I wished but I would be told the same thing by the Doctor as I was by the Triage Nurse. I left feeling very Ill and dis-hearthened and several hours later was admitted to Hammersmith hospital with a heart attack. I feel this could have been avoided had I been Listened to,while I understand that the ECG may have shown that I had not had a heart attack and also that I was not having a heart attack at that time,,,,,,,,my symptoms,my pain, the area of my pain,,,left side of chest and left arm were surely indicative of a heart attack on the way, I was sent away with Diazapam and co-dydramol.
