"First class care and treatment"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Sent to a&e by GP. Every member of staff we encountered was professional and caring. The department was very very busy- queues out if the door- but we felt we were listened to and our care was not rushed .

We spent time in A&E, scan unit, CDU, stroke ward. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us.
