Goring Hall is local to me so I was pleased that the hospital and the surgeon were well recommended on the CQC website. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly. The hospital was tidy and clean with a good selection of pleasant seating areas around to relax and prepare for surgery. The system was well organised without the conveyor belt feel.
Throughout the procedure, which was painless, I felt well looked after at all times and kept informed of the next step by the surgeon. After surgery I was given plenty of time to recover with coffee and biscuits until I was ready to go. All in all a stress free experience from start to finish.
Thank you all for looking after me so well.yours sincerely Barry.
