Dont be afraid by the unit when your loved one is admitted. Totally understand that you might be horrified that they have been section just like we were when my 80 year old dad was this year. You might see things that make you uncomfortable like your loved one sitting on the floor... dont worry they then cant fall and hurt themselves can they ? Ask as many questions as you want the staff will always answer them . I can honestly say my dad was cared for in a compassionate way always clean and very well fed. My dad has just passed away due to Dementia but I found Westholme Clinic in Goring by Sea another amazing place

Always visit your loved ones this Dementia nightmare isnt forever but again be kind to yourself .Thank you all at the unit ... Jane Cox ..Rays daughter ..
