"Poor Administrative Process"

About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

I had an appointment for March 2017 having visited in January 2017, my appointment was then rescheduled for July which I was not informed of.

This has been a regular occurrence with this clinic and whilst this is not an major issue in itself the issue is that the rescheduling is not communicated to,the patients.

I have attempted to contact the service delivery manager left a number of messages and also emailed but have had no response.

The administration staff associated with this clinic are abysmal, rude and totally unprofessional.

The DNA register does not reflect the fact that failure to,notify patients of rescheduled appointment dates and then doing so again and removing them from the clinic list is not justified.
