in june hernia op in delamere ward no problems as per my review but few daysago checked into becket ward for other hernia operation.day staff lovely. but night staff found to be long faced, miserable.and sometimes a particular member of that staff appearedto be doing you a favour if you needed them.very little English spoken on my shift but managed,a nurse gave mean injection just stuck the needle in like I was a dartboard. captain of the ship so to speak very regimental no names mentioned.
overall im pleased im home but if I had the choice of wards it has to be de la mere, pleased I never lost my temper I could have done easily.
