I have been diagnosed by my GP as pre diabetic. Bromley Healthcare offered me 3 courses in order to prevent the onset of type 2 diabeties. These are reduced cost Gym membership, free weight watchers membership and a Diabeties Awareness course.
I have almost finished the WW and Gym memberships courses and undertook the DA course a few days ago. My results are really encouraging as I have lost over 20 lb in weight and improved muscle tone and cardio vascular fitness. The DA course was very Informative in explaining how pre diabetes can develop Into type 2 and what can be done to prevent it.
Personally I am no longer pre diabetic and feel really good and applaud Bromley Healthcare in giving me the opportunity and knowledge to improve my health and well being.
