My Mum had a back operation and was in a lot of pain afterwards. There was a team around her that sorted her out. A member of staff stayed with her and came up on the ward and had a fantastic bedside manner, just what Mum needed.The staff were amazingly supportive. There was one overnight member of staff who knew how anxious I was about leaving my elderly mother. They rang me after I left to keep me updated and I can't thank them enough for all what they did for my Mum.
The day nurses were friendly and helpful.
The whole experience was made all the more easier and comfortable for Mum and her family.
