About: Lister Hospital

I want to praise the carers, nurses and the wonderful team of physiotherapists who looked after my mother-in-law. They were patient and long-suffering with her and kept her spirits up and always very relaxed about visits. They even allowed her dog to visit!

What a difference from 5 years ago when my father was in the Lister. I would say that there has been a huge improvement at The Lister.

Thanks for the feed back, which we have just shared with our T&O and ward teams for you - we do hope that your mother-in-law is feeling a lot better.

It's also nice to hear that the huge investment in new facilities and staff that has been made over the last few years at the Lister is making a difference where in counts - in the quality of care experienced by patients and their families.
