"The staff were so caring and attentive"

I have just come home from day surgery at Rotherham Hospital where I had some tissue removed from my armpit.

From start to finish, my experience of care was excellent. The staff were friendly (especially the staff nurse and aneathasist), the whole process was relaxed and even in theatre prep, the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed in such a nerve wracking situation. The nurses in the discharge lounge were lovely and I was treated with dignity and respect from start to finish. Nothing about the process felt ‘rushed’ and I was given lots of opportunities to ask questions.
