On my last visit i was very dissappointed about the parking area. The ticket machine only took the right change or cards. I had no change so i used my card and that failed too. I had the only £10 note and went to speak to the security guard in the booth. They told me to go and get change from the xray department as there was a machine there. I went in and put my only £10 in the machine and it got stuck, there were 2 people behind me who worked at the hospital and they told me to go to the receptionist. After telling them, they told me to go and tell the guard outside in the booth. I couldn't find them and came back and told the receptionist, as i was getting late for my app, they told me to attend that and come back to them after. After the app they told me that the guard had my money and to collect it from the booth. Went out to them and they handed me a £5 note, i told them it was a £10 not £5, they said to come with them to the reception, there the receptionist looked confused. So it was their word against mines and i took the £5 and left really upset. I suffer from back pain and arthritis in my knee's and was made to walk over and over again. If the change machine has a CCTV camera, you will be able to see me insert a £10 note.i was really upset the way i was treated
