"Genealogical ap"

I had an appointment in gynacology, despite being lost and arriving a little late they saw me within 5 minutes of arriving. This was the first time I actually felt like I was being heard by a doctor and I can't thank them enough after 3 years of complaing and seeing various doctors I finally got some results and I'm booked in for an op 3 weeks after my initial appointment I can't thank them enough!
