"Not happy"

Had an appointment at Endocrinology department and I been seen by a different doctor,not as the name of th dr I had on my letter.i had lots of questions,professional this Dr supposed to talk about my " diagnostic",but all was rushing words and I couldn't really understand in the way was talking,very bossy,very demanding and rude tone.they called me at home and had the same tone and rude...i am confused,I have to talk to a specialist about the condition who this dr think I may have.but I don't want to see them,I need to see a different doctor.i am very confused and unhappy and this is not good.how can I do?? I need to take another medications without having a conversation with the specialist,and this is scares me.
