What I liked
The reception staff were helpful and efficient. The nurse dealing with my graze was engaging, confident, empathic and efficient. The overall treatment I received was courteous and efficient and I couldn't have been better cared for. My daughter was treated some months later and the experience was exactly the same.
What could be improved
