"Great, worthwhile course"

I was given the service through doctors and helped within a week or two with 1 to one counselling. It was in my local GP's for around 8 weeks then at a local gateway. but because I wanted to attend the 'mindfulness' course I could not use 2 services, so my counselor ended our sessions until after the course - I would have liked to have done both.

The course has been great and worthwhile- I suffer anxiety and walked into a class- an achievement in itself. I have learnt a lot and found it helpful. Thank you.
