"Doctor forgot they had a clinic"

About: University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust

Was visiting this hospital for my dysautonomia a few months ago and this place was terrible. My first few appointments were alwright and I felt like the doctor genuinely care. At my last appointment my doctor forgot they had a clinic and didn’t turn up for an hour and a half. There were ten patients waiting. Nurses couldn’t even seem to cary out the most basic tasks and seemed unable to communicate with each other. I was told they had done a echocardiogram which they hadn’t and when I said it hadn’t been done they didn’t believe me. Didn’t even get to see the doctor because the doctor forgot they had a clinic. So saw the registrar who said ‘the doctor wouldn’t leave me like this’ and then proceed to dismiss me despite the fact my blood pressure halves evey time a stand up and they had proof of this. Kept offering me mental help and even though I said I didn’t want any the doctor referred me!
