"Awful service"

About: New Cross Hospital

Having already had bad service when a scan was done in May and not hearing back and calling numerous times to be passed around with no answers to finally get someone who actually dealt with the situation to be told we should of made appointment for results when was told at scan and on appointment letter we would hear from hospital for results to wait till end of October to be seen to then have to wait to even book in as staff chatted around and ignored desk of patients waiting to sign in then having to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen is ridiculous! Bad service and they didn't care. Only knew was a wait due to it write on a board on the wall we could of been called to say there is a delay then up later or reschedule. Every appointment in any hospital you see staff Just chatting around not actually working and ignoring patients nhs would be fine if all staff did their job fully.
