"Unreliable"

Unfortunately this Surgery is unreliable. The admin staff make false promises to help you. They don’t even communitcate within staff. Lack of communication . When you need an appoimtment the Receptionist staff will straight way say no appointment are available. No option will be given. When you request prescription, it never done in 48 hrs as they say ! You have to make several journeys to get your

Repeat prescription. You can’t even speak to the manager easily . Every time you ask the reception staff the answer will be that manager is either in the meeting or gone home! If the manager is in the meeting then why nothing been done about the surgery , why no improvement been made , that is why the meeting is for !!!’ Manager make false promise that the lead GP will call you to discuss the complain but no call! It is casting NHS to employ such a useless staff. Very disappointment!!!! Alas
