On our arrival we went to reception but the wrong one so the receptionist kindly guided us to the correct one, when we got to this one both staff members were on the phone but I saw a "self check in screens" so I started to do this and the receptionist said what you doing you don't need to check in in a rude manor and pointed to round the corner to follow! It clearly said on my letter I received through that needed to report to reception for my arrival! Their Customer service needs improving and people skills!
