There have been several occasions where receptionists have lost prescriptions at this practice, but speak to patients as though it is their fault. This has often left my family and I short of medication and we've also had to travel to the practice unnecessarily to obtain a new prescription because the original was lost.
Many of the receptionists are friendly and polite, however there are several who treat people disgracefully. For example today, 19/10/17, I was spoken to like rubbish because the staff at the practice lost a prescription. This belittled me and made me feel uncomfortable.
I will be looking to change my family surgery to somewhere else, which is a shame considering we have been patients there since it was being ran by the doctor well over 20 years ago.
