I visited late on a Sunday night with my elderly mother in law who was confused. The nurse practitioner was excellent with her. They treated her with dignity and respect and quickly identified the cause of her confusion and prescribed the treatment she needed. Within 48 hours she was back to her usual self. Too many people complain about the NHS. This individual deserves my praise - this nurse was fantastic.
