Excellent service from gps. I have the greatest respect for the gps and help they have given me.

Ordered repeat medication online 28/2/17 message appeared on screen would be ready at local pharmacy 2/3/17. It is now the 4,th March Been to pharmacy no sign of my prescription yet online showing processed 1/3/17!!! Where has it gone! Pharmacist gave me my inhaler as I had used the last dose...if not I may have ended up in hospital as I have severe asthma and not enough oxygen getting to my lumgs with heart beating too fast...also now have morphine patches and they could effect my breathing...

Please sort out prescription re ordering, lives are at risk..

Up to now has been good.

Swillington Practice has now joined Dr Freeman and Partners (From 1 Nov 2018) so I hope that you will have seen a change in behaviour and attitude as well as an increase in the clinical service offering at the Swillington location. Swillington patients can now use appointments at the

Oulton and Rothwell branches. There is an urgent assessment clinic available at the Oulton and Rothwell sites from 0800 - 0930 on alternate days. This allows patients that wake up feeling ill and need to be seen on the day the opportunity to go to the practice and be seen that morning.
